Booking Conditions:
|
To guarantee your booking, payment must be received within 3 working days of your
booking. We accept 50% deposit (non-refundable) upon booking. Full payment 6 weeks
before departure.

Cancellation Charges:
|
For Trips :
- 50% for cancellation within 8 weeks of departure
- 100% for cancellation within 6 weeks of departure.
For Courses :
- Forfeiture of Deposit within 14 days of departure
- 14 days Forfeiture of 75% of total course fees within 6- 13 days of departure
- Forfeiture of 100% of total course fees within 5 days of departure
RED SCUBA reserves the right to cancel any course for any reason whatsoever.
Should this happen, the entire payment will be refunded without further obligation or liability on the part of RED SCUBA .

Insurance:

Our trips are not inclusive of any form of insurance.
We advise all customers to consider both travel insurance as well as dive insurance.
Dive insurance is available at DAN www.danasiapacific.org under Membership and Insurance.

Complaints / Claims :
|
Any complaints/claims have to be made in writing within 7 days from the end of the course.
No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaints/claims, made after 7 days from the end of the course.
In no event shall RED SCUBA or its crew be held responsible for any deaths or loss of property throughout the entire course duration.
